Five seats. Five screens. One live restaurant.

A restaurant isn't one person. Your guest, your waiter, your kitchen, your manager and head office all need to see something different — so each of you gets your own view of the same orders.

01The guest

Sits down, scans, orders, pays, leaves a review.

Nothing to download. No waving for attention. No asking twice for the bill. SpiceBot answers the menu in their own words.

The table is the till. Staff stop being messengers.

02The waiter

Carries the floor in their pocket.

Waiter, cashier, host or captain — each gets the screen their job needs. Guest calls, ready dishes and OTPs land live. WhatsApp is not the system.

One till at the counter is how service gets slow.

03The kitchen

Gets the guest's order, not someone's typed-out copy of it.

Tickets show up the second they're placed, then move through confirmed, cooking, ready and served. Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on the same pass.

Paper KOTs go missing. This one cannot.

04The manager

Starts the day already knowing how last night went.

Open the floor. Watch orders and the kitchen. Run staff, menu, stock, GST and reviews from one desk. Close the day when service ends.

You should not have to ring the captain for the numbers.

05Brand HQ

Watches one place the same way they watch twenty.

One menu. One guest list. Approve a new outlet. Compare health. HQ pays, or each site pays. The outlet still runs RizzEat — nothing gets rebuilt.

Outlet two should not mean a second software stack.

Three products. One restaurant.

A waiter on the floor. A manager at the desk. A brand above both.

Most POS tools give everyone the same screen. RizzEat does not. The waiter gets a phone. The manager gets the day. Head office gets the network. Same live orders underneath.

01Waiter panel

Your waiter's phone is the floor.

Waiters, cashiers, hosts and captains each get a phone app for their job — not one till at the counter that everyone queues for.

The guest already ordered on their phone. Staff should not have to re-type it.

Home shows what needs you now: a table asking for water, a dish that's ready to serve, a table that needs cleaning. You don't hunt through a list. The urgent things come to you.

Tables sit on a live map, grouped by room. Available, occupied, reserved, cleaning — tap one to seat a guest or free it when they leave.

When a guest taps Call waiter, Water, Tissue, Clean table or Bill on their phone, it lands as an alert on yours. Resolve it when you've done it. Nobody shouts across the room.

Orders move on the same screen: confirm, cooking, ready, served, done. Cash or UPI at the table or the counter — the bill is already made.

If a guest needs to log in at the table, you read them a one-hour OTP. No shared password. No paper pad.
